About the Role:
- Lead the Medicaid operations team as the subject matter expert on Medicaid processing and contracting.
- Own review and approval of rebate deliverables, contract setup, and data management in Model N systems.
- Drive best-in-class processes and efficiencies that ensure client retention and partnership.
What Success Looks Like:
- First 90 days: build a clear picture of the team, client portfolio, and service levels.
- First 6-12 months: deliver accurate, on-time client work and launch at least one automation improvement.
- Become the Medicaid expert that clients and internal partners rely on.
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in pharma working with Medicaid agreements.
- Proven people leadership and recognized Medicaid rebate subject matter expertise.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated use of generative AI tools to improve productivity.
