About the Role:
- Lead and coach the MOA team, including Team Leads and Senior MOAs, to deliver high-quality patient and provider support.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, queue monitoring, and SLA ownership across 7-day coverage.
What You'll Do:
- Drive people leadership: 1:1s, performance reviews, professional development, and hiring.
- Optimize workflows and prepare the team for new launches using data and cross-functional collaboration.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in healthcare operations with 3+ years managing frontline teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of patient privacy (PHIPA/PIPEDA).
