Job Description

The Compensation Equity Analyst is responsible for developing salary recommendations, maintaining equity spreadsheets, and managing salary escalations. This role ensures fair and competitive compensation practices within the organization, aligning with industry standards and internal policies. Responsibilities include analyzing internal salary structures to draft accurate and competitive salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, demotions, and adjustments. They will maintain and update equity spreadsheets to ensure consistency and fairness in compensation across the organization. The analyst will also present equity data and recommendations to recruiters, managers, and/or senior management. They will handle all salary escalations, reviewing and resolving issues related to compensation discrepancies and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Ensuring all compensation practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
