Job Description
Looking for a Talent Sourcer who’s obsessed with finding exceptional people before anyone else does. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers and recruiters to build world-class pipelines for high-impact roles - across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and go-to-market. You’ll get to shape the top of the funnel, own outreach strategy, and experiment with creative ways to bring great talent into the conversation.
You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal profiles. Furthermore, you will research, map, and build strong talent pipelines across multiple disciplines. You will also craft compelling outreach messages that make candidates want to talk to Giga and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, talent databases, and social platforms to identify top talent.
You will track and manage candidate engagement in our ATS (Greenhouse), maintain clean, organized data to support recruiting analytics and reporting and bring ideas to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate experience, and brand visibility.
