What You'll Do:
- Strategic vendor sourcing aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Advanced contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and minimize risk.
- Cost optimization strategies and supplier relationship management to drive performance excellence.
About You:
- At least 3 years of indirect sourcing experience managing multiple global categories, plus a total of 6+ years in a related field.
- Proven track record driving cost savings, managing RFQ/RFP processes, and overseeing spend over $100M.
- Strong contract redline review and financial analytical skills.
