Channel Strategy & Growth:
- Deliver financial results for the Large Format Channel aligning brand strategies with Target and Kroger.
- Develop strategic joint business plans influencing category strategy, assortment, pricing, promotion, and shelf placement.
- Represent the company in channel trade shows, events, and conferences.
Account Management:
- Build effective customer relationships throughout Target and Kroger enterprises.
- Lead customer planning with fiscally responsible trade planning for effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver revenue and profit goals.
Sales Excellence & Insights:
- Lead the sales cycle process as key point of contact for selling materials.
- Conduct routine analyses using POS, panel, and syndicated data.
- Leverage category insights to close distribution voids and execute promotional strategies.
Leadership & Broker Management:
- Establish and course-correct strategic sales and agency priorities.
- Manage broker partners to execute strategic vision and ensure customer service.
- Train and develop direct reports.
