Role Overview:

  • You will lead a team of managers to drive sales growth across strategic retailers in the WM, Club, Dollar, and Vet Distribution channels.
  • You will shape and execute PetAG's sales strategy with a focus on Walmart and other key accounts.
  • You will act as a senior partner and brand ambassador, building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that identify growth opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Drive achievement of annual revenue goals by holding the team accountable to sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Analyze market data and trade performance to optimize sales activities and inform strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Management, Business, or related field with 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in Animal Health, Pet, or CPG industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of headquarters responsibility supporting Walmart and deep understanding of the channel.
  • Proven people leadership skills with 2-3 years experience coaching high-performing sales teams.
