Senior Product Marketing Manager

Positioning and Messaging:

• Own who we're for, what we do better than competitors, and how that shows up in messaging.
• Run positioning work with leadership and carry results onto website product pages and beyond.

Product Launches:

• Lead every feature launch from the marketing side, starting at development.
• Define messages, build launch plans, and run campaigns to prospects and existing accounts.

Product Feedback Loop:

• Join sales and CS calls during betas and launches.
• Aggregate feedback using AI tools, define sales questions, and feed findings to Product and Marketing.

Internal Source of Truth:

• Maintain a current, plain-language description of every product and feature.
• Include proof points and customer quotes for Marketing, Sales, CS, and Growth.
