Claims Service Representative (Bilingual)

Accountabilities:

• Handle first notice of loss claims for non-complex auto and property insurance claims.
• Explain claims processes and answer customer questions with empathy and clarity.
• Maintain accurate claim files and coordinate with vendors and third parties.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French with strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
