Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
Navigate websites and assist users in navigating them to provide timely, complete, and professional customer service.
Recognize and report potential adverse events and product quality complaints.

Qualifications:

Excellent command of English and French (bilingual mandatory).
At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech call center support, or in a medical or commercial environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Vonage is preferred.
