Bilingual Customer Service Advocate – French and English Required

Accountabilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients by handling inbound calls and resolving inquiries through multiple service channels.
• Evaluate customer needs and provide timely, accurate, and effective solutions while delivering a high-quality service experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
