Customer Assistance Representative

Role Overview:

• Provide critical roadside support to members during stressful and time-sensitive situations.
• Work remotely combining empathy, clear communication, and urgency to coordinate assistance efficiently.
• Use mapping and multiple technology systems to accurately identify customer locations and dispatch service providers.

Accountabilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to members, providing reassurance and guidance.
• Assess customer situations, identify locations, and determine appropriate assistance.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to document interactions and manage requests.
