Supplier Development Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Our supply base is an indispensable part of the product, a curated network of partners where shops treat us as a key customer.
• This role is about owning that network commercially and turning it into won business for the shops and for Jiga.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Know every key shop in the network, build strategic deals, and match opportunities to the right shops.
• Source against gaps, develop the best suppliers into power partners, and shape how supplier data runs.
• Work with sales on what helps us win more business.

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU:

• Understand the machine shop's world and have years of experience working with them.
• Have natural commercial instincts and can structure deals that turn into revenue.
• Know aerospace and defense manufacturing and are a US citizen based in the US (ITAR).
