About the Role:
- Responsible for managing vendor setup, compliance, and data accuracy across PMS and NetVendor systems.
- Supports property transitions and resolves system-related issues for onsite teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain vendor data integrity, review compliance, and approve insurance exceptions.
- Create and activate utility codes and manage user access across platforms.
- Handle FreshService tickets and train onsite teams on vendor systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with vendor or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
