The Role:
- Own the certified vendor onboarding and renewal process, ensuring a smooth experience for vendors and customers.
- Coordinate integration workflows, maintain scorecards, and keep program documentation current.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of operations, vendor management, or billing experience with strong project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet plus advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to spot trends and turn them into clear recommendations.
