Job Summary:
- Drive brand awareness and product adoption within an assigned geography following launch.
- Engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders through education.
- Focus on executing territory strategies and building strong customer relationships.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead territory performance by developing and executing focused territory and account plans.
- Deliver clear, balanced, and compliant product education.
- Build strong professional relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales experience.
- Experience supporting new initiatives is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid business acumen and collaborative mindset.
