Job Description

The Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for designing, administering, and supporting Microsoft 365 services, responding to Tier 2/3 support issues, and escalations from the NOC. This position entails providing daily operational support, managing escalated incidents, and performing tenant and service configurations. As part of a Managed Service team, this role involves collaborating with clients, service desk staff, NOC staff, and senior team members to provide excellent support. Responsibilities include case resolution, troubleshooting, proactive escalation management, performance assessments, and developing technical knowledge base articles. Some client interaction and participation in an on-call rotation are required.
