Clinical Review Pharmacist

What you will do:

• Review prior authorization requests and make evidence-based decisions using clinical guidelines and benefit criteria.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal regulations while documenting clinical decisions.
• Provide empathetic support to members, prescribers, and pharmacies, staying current with prescribing guidelines and regulatory changes.

What you will bring to SmithRx:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or B.S. Pharm from an ACPE-accredited school.
• Active unrestricted pharmacist license and minimum 2 years of pharmacy practice experience.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a metric-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary varies by location; Zone A pay range $64-$66 per hour.
• Eligible for bonuses, commissions, or equity.
