Senior Manager, Process Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive prioritized process definition, process documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Work with process SMEs and stakeholders to resolve conflicts on roles, timing or ownership.
• Driving cultural change across Pattern to create value.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptive mindset.
• Strong communication skills and confidence with executive presentations.
• Ability to work independently, as a team member, and across the organization.

Experience:

• 5-7+ years of experience in business process design, business operations, change management and process improvement roles.
• Background in utilizing Value engineering or Lean methodology tools.
• Deep experience working in a new product / project development process or the suite of ERP processes.
