Role Overview:

  • Leads incident management for FSA IAM systems, ensuring quick detection, response, and resolution.
  • Coordinates with internal teams and external partners to minimize disruption to users and services.
  • Provides clear communication and reporting during incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opens incident tickets, joins calls, examines logs, and provides updates to leadership during major incidents.
  • Performs real-time technical analysis, reviews analytics for possible breaches, and escalates COTS/GOTS issues.
  • Supports incident management reporting and participates in security incident management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of IT incident and problem management processes.
  • Excellent ability to remain calm and lead under pressure during major incidents.
  • Solid technical understanding of identity and access management systems.
