  • Proven Track Record in an SDR or BDR capacity.
  • Technical Proficiency navigating HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MediaRadar.
  • Communication Mastery with exceptional written and verbal skills.

What Success Looks Like in 6–12 Months:

  • Mastered value proposition and internalised AI-prospecting workflows.
  • Top contributor exceeding quota.
  • Being evaluated for AE or SDR Manager roles.
