Payroll Specialist

Your mission:

• Drive the global preparatory payroll process for all international entities, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for external payroll providers and resolve employee inquiries with empathy and expertise.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies to automate payroll workflows and reduce manual steps.

What you’ll be doing:

• Global payroll ownership: Drive the preparatory payroll process for entities in Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal, UK, and Netherlands.
• External partner management: Oversee compliance with payroll providers, EOR, and PEO.
• Systems optimization: Automate payroll workflows and enhance scalability.
