Serve as an expert consultant to our accounts; engage cross-functionally to drive your merchantβs businesses and build effective relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels. Analyze performance and present findings to clients, highlighting opportunities or introducing incremental programs. Contribute data-driven insights to support recommendations. Leverage cross-functional support teams to ensure accounts have access to the product experts and resources they need. Identify indicators of graduation in a customerβs fulfillment journey in order to make recommendations for the next step in shipping solutions within the Shippo network Build trusted relationships with customer executive sponsors and supply chain/IT stakeholders Help forecast/manage a pipeline of shipment volume and revenue expectations and targets Serve as escalation contact for implementation or system issues Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Support, and Product teams
