About The Role:
- This role requires extensive travel installing (up to 70-80% of the time), supporting and maintaining all of Vision RT product range.
- Due to the nature of the medical industry, some unsocial working hours are required.
- This role requires the provision of “on-call” telephone support on a rotational basis.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Technically qualified experienced field engineer.
- Excellent knowledge and PC hardware skills including replacing PC components.
- Trouble shooting utilising Event Viewer; Error Logs; Debug etc.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- SQL
- Medical Devices, ideally Medical Imaging or Radiotherapy
