Job Description
As an AppOmni Sr Solutions Engineer, you'll serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME), directly supporting Mid-Market sales efforts to meet quotas and contribute to AppOmni's rapid growth. You'll partner closely with sales teams, leveraging your expertise to lead customers to successful outcomes. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely and collaborate with internal teams like Product Management, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to post-sales.
The Sr Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise for AppOmni customer opportunities identified by the sales team. They will present AppOmni to customers at all levels, provide technical demos, run customer Risk Assessments and Proof-of-Value engagements, and lead technical conversations about SaaS security industry trends. They will also work with Product Management and Marketing to build requirements and product features based on customer feedback, and assist in the creation and maintenance of central AppOmni Demo systems and demo guides.
