Integrations Manager / Team Lead

Role Overview:

• Own Drips' integrations function end-to-end, including technical delivery of APIs, webhooks, FTP/SFTP, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Build and lead a team of Integration Project Managers/Specialists, handling hiring, mentoring, and performance.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex, compliance-sensitive integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and track KPIs like integration cycle time, first-time launch success rate, and UAT defect rates.
• Design repeatable integration processes, documentation standards, and intake prioritization workflows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve tooling and platform capabilities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years in integration project management, technical implementations, or SaaS delivery, including 2+ years managing a team.
• Strong fluency with APIs, FTP/SFTP, webhooks, authentication, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, ClickUp, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
