As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will provide autonomous, expert-level support and administration across Aker’s core IT platforms—including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AWS and be solely responsible for final escalations for technical issues. You will play a key role in operational security, infrastructure health, and service delivery while helping to shape the future of Aker’s internal IT support and governance capabilities. You will collaborate proactively at a strategic level with IT leadership, Product teams, and end users to ensure Aker’s Corporate IT is performing to the highest standards.
Lead administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 ( Exchange online, Outlook, SharePoint, Intune, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Dynamics). Take strategic ownership of user and group identity management via Azure Active Directory and AWS IAM. Be accountable for maintaining and optimizing the operational health, performance, and security of SharePoint Online environments. Take ownership of the administration and governance of internal platforms such as JIRA and Confluence. Implement application deployment, integration and decommissioning of IT services. Take ownership of Aker’s remote support and configuration tools, including Apple Business Manager, Mobile Device Manager, Zscaler.
