Senior Workday Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure successful delivery of 2+ Workday projects simultaneously, authorizing project charters and governance structures.
• Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to meet milestone deliverables, identify and resolve project issues, and deliver presentations to executive teams.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers, championing best practices and ensuring compliance with project methodologies.

Requirements:

• Current Workday Partner certification and 3+ years of project management experience with Workday implementations are required.
• Proficiency with Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft systems, along with knowledge in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial business areas.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a willingness to travel up to 30% for project needs.
