Senior Director, Business Operations - Transformation and AI

This Senior Director role will transform our Public Cloud Operations into a consolidated efficient organization across all operations disciplines. This role will also be responsible for implementing our AI foundation that enables a skilled operations team to run the business with strategic best practice. Establishes departmental goals and objectives ensuring alignment with the business unit and works cross functionally with other business leaders. Drives resolution of strategic issues affecting current and future business. Manages relationships with internal and external strategic partners. Accountable for core operational processes, such as capitalization, workforce planning, reporting, and budget management, and insures that weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business activities occur on-schedule.
