Practice Director – Enterprise Service Management (ESM)

About the Role:

• Lead the regional implementation and evolution of the ESM Practice strategy in close collaboration with the Global Head of Practice.
• Oversee consulting excellence, delivery quality, and commercial performance while developing ESM solutions and IP.
• Act as a senior advisor to strategic clients and strengthen partnerships with Atlassian.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Practice strategy, community building, and performance ownership including shadow P&L.
• Oversee complex engagements, ensure delivery quality, and partner with Delivery Management for capacity planning.
• Lead and develop Principal Consultants and Product Owners, setting clear objectives and fostering high performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Professional Services or Consulting leader with a track record of leading teams and complex engagements.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Service Management, with Atlassian and Jira Service Management experience highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and able to thrive in an international environment.
