About the Role:
- Lead APAC logistics projects and serve as primary escalation point for operational issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across China, Cambodia, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement robust logistics processes, systems, and TMS optimization.
- Build metrics to assess carrier SLA performance and drive corrective actions.
About You:
- 8+ years in logistics operations or supply chain management in high-growth environments.
- Fluent English and Chinese, with strong analytical and communication skills.
