Job Description

Opportunity Management:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across European accounts.
  • Lead complex, multi-country sales cycles from qualification to close.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and ensure seamless handoff to Services and Customer Success teams.

Strategic Advisory:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, understanding operational challenges and aligning Veeva solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Strategy and Product teams to share market insights and influence product roadmap direction.
  • Represent the needs, nuances, and feedback of European sites within internal planning and GTM discussions.

Relationship Building:

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at leading research sites and site networks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support account strategies, proposal development, and deal execution.
