New Business Recruiter

Discord is looking for a Business Recruiter. Reporting to the Business Recruiting Manager, you'll help us level up our business functions, supporting areas like marketing, finance, accounting, HR, sales, trust & safety, legal, policy, and more. You'll support hiring across multiple business teams, managing both high-volume and specialized searches while navigating nuanced role requirements and competitive talent markets. Partner with stakeholders across business teams to understand their needs, set clear expectations, and guide them through effective interview processes, addressing blind spots and biases. You'll also build and nurture talent networks in the business world that we can tap into when needed, creating pipelines tailored to attract top business professionals.
