Job Description

PadSplit is seeking a dedicated and skilled Host Support Advocate to join our growing team. As a key player in our support structure, you will provide advanced technical assistance and superior customer service to our hosts, ensuring their experience with our platform is seamless and efficient. You will provide timely and accurate support to hosts across tickets, email, and phone, addressing a wide range of topics including policies, platform usage, and financial matters. This role involves navigating complex situations, educating hosts on PadSplit’s policies, and representing PadSplit with professionalism. The ideal candidates are adaptable, customer-centric, and tech-savvy with exceptional communication skills. You should be empathetic yet assertive, a creative problem solver, and a proactive self-starter willing to learn new skills.
