Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Drive planning, scoping, and delivery of complex implementations — anticipate blockers, manage customer timelines, escalate issues, and ensure launch readiness across functions.
• Serve as technical escalation point for integration and custom implementation issues. Debug deep integration problems and design robust solutions.
• Lead technical discovery calls with customers, translate ambiguous requirements into scoped stories, and build trust with customer stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 6-8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
• Deep expertise across multiple product domains; ability to debug complex integrations and build custom solutions.
• Coding competency in SQL, JavaScript and Python.

Compensation:

• $160,000 - $200,000 per year plus stock options and benefits.
• Final offer amounts determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience, and expertise.
