The Opportunity:

  • This role is for an AI-native builder to create an outbound sales factory powered by AI agents.
  • You will own the problem end-to-end: architecture, data, agent behavior, campaigns, and funnel metrics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build AI agent workflows for outbound sales, including lead qualification, outreach, and handoff.
  • Connect data enrichment, lead scoring, and CRM workflows into a repeatable operating system.
  • Run GTM experiments with clear hypotheses and kill/scale criteria.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Hands-on experience building AI agent workflows with strong Python and SQL skills.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, and orchestration tools like LangGraph or n8n.
  • Understanding of outbound/GTM mechanics and the ability to work with messy lead data.
