Recruiter

As our first dedicated recruiter, you’ll lay the foundation for how we scale our team: from sourcing and closing top talent to refining our hiring process and elevating our employer brand. You’ll be a strategic partner across the company and play a critical role in shaping the future of Limitless. Own the end-to-end recruiting process across multiple functions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and interview processes. Build and maintain diverse pipelines of top talent through proactive outreach and community engagement. Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and act as a brand ambassador for Limitless. Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive process improvements and optimize hiring funnels. Implement scalable processes, tools, and systems to support a high-velocity hiring environment. Own and evolve our employer branding presence across key channels (LinkedIn, careers page, job boards, etc).
