Your Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to basic inbound calls, tickets, and emails for cloud hosted solutions.
- Interact with customers and internal resources to understand ticket requests.
- Respond to monitoring alerts and take corrective action with oversight.
Role Essentials:
- Associate's degree or equivalent with foundational cloud knowledge.
- 1+ year of experience in Incident Management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization.
What We'd Like To See:
- Experience with cloud infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery processes in cloud environments.
