Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close for mid-market accounts.
- Generate pipeline through targeted outreach and execution of ABM campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
- Engage multiple stakeholders across executive, clinical, and operational teams to build consensus and urgency.
- Follow Radicle’s SPICED sales process with rigor, ensuring high-quality discovery, qualification, and value alignment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid-market or enterprise.
- Proven success selling into regulated industries such as healthcare, human services, or government with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Track record of building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and ABM campaign execution.
- Mastery of a structured sales methodology, with SPICED experience strongly preferred, and demonstrated expertise in Gong and Salesforce.
Success Metrics:
- Closed $800K+ in new ARR within 12 months.
- Personally sourced 60%+ of your pipeline.
- Consistently maintained 3–4× pipeline coverage.
- Active Gong user with weekly call reviews and insights documented, along with 95%+ Salesforce data accuracy and activity logging compliance.
