Customer Engagement:

  • Create engaging momentum with customers through email, phone, and scheduled calls.
  • Guide customers through eLearnings and hands-on training to complete feature adoption.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources for each customer's success.
  • Adapt to evolving processes and contribute to workflow optimization efforts.
