RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary Contact: Be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for SMB business customers.
- Retention & Expansion: Own retention, expansion, and renewal performance across the portfolio.
- Improvement Design: Identify gaps across the customer journey and design scalable improvements.
REQUIREMENTS - Must-haves:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in account management or customer success in fast-moving B2B environments.
- Commercial Instincts: Genuine understanding of ARR, NRR, and expansion.
- Bias to Action: A bias to action and willingness to go the extra mile.
