Design, implement, and refine GTM workflows that improve speed, consistency, and conversion across the funnel. Own the administration and evolution of our CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce), ensuring data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and user adoption. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that surface actionable insights across the entire customer journey.
