The BDM will identify and target prospective retail partners, conduct outbound sales activities, and present Kafeneβs value proposition. They will develop a business development plan to meet sales targets, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor market trends. Partnering with account management and marketing teams is also essential.
Candidates should have 5+ years in business development or sales, preferably in fintech or retail, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
