Job Description

Reporting to Manager, Contracts, the Contract Specialist will be responsible for supporting Smile’s contracts team and ensuring business needs are met by effectively managing risk through the implementation of key processes and policies necessary for effective contract and procurement management within an established contract management framework. This role will help manage both internal and external relationships through the contract lifecycle - from supporting the RFP process to reviewing supplier and customer contracts and supporting customer/vendor contract negotiations . This strategic oversight supports the delivery of strong, value-driven outcomes for the organization and its clients. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering a wide range of commercial agreements, including Software license agreements, Partner Agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements. The role requires collaboration with key cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, compliance, procurement, finance, and operations to ensure contract terms meet legal, financial, and operational standards.
