Job Description

As a BDR in our Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for all of Paddle’s sales efforts. You’ll create demand, spark meaningful conversations, and build early relationships that turn into qualified pipeline to arm your counterparts on the Account Executive team. Your core tasks will involve researching, prospecting, prioritizing accounts, educating prospects, and converting interest into high-quality meetings.

Quickly develop a deep understanding of Paddle’s Ideal Customer Profile, core use cases, and value propositions to target the best-fit companies. Proactively generate conversations and effectively showcase Paddle’s set of products across all channels, converting these meaningful engagements into qualified opportunities. Partner with marketing for in-person and virtual events. Use AI-powered workflows to personalize outreach and improve performance. Bring a winner’s mindset to the team.
