Job Description

Sales responsibilities:

  • Design & run outbound campaigns to priority sub-segments within the SMB childcare market to generate your own pipeline.
  • Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach across calls and emails to engage providers and create qualified opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Build rapport with key decision-makers to understand their challenges and introduce Lillio’s solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally to share market feedback, log product requests, and improve messaging.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of childcare industry trends to position yourself as a trusted expert.
