Connects individuals with vital resources: Links people with American Cancer Society programs and information. Coordinates support services to reduce care barriers. Ensures a positive experience for patients, families, and caregivers.
Manages inquiries and cases effectively: Responds to inquiries across multiple channels with empathy. Manages a regular caseload of new and ongoing cases. Prioritizes tasks based on constituent needs and ensures timely follow-up.
Meets performance goals and metrics: Documents interactions in the Customer Related Management database. Stays current on policies and procedures. Achieves established performance goals consistently.
