Job Description
As an SDR at UpGuard, you'll generate new opportunities using outbound tactics such as email sequences, LinkedIn, and cold calling. You will identify, target, and nurture potential outbound opportunities, as well as qualify inbound opportunities. This involves understanding the needs of prospects and communicating them clearly to the sales reps you’re working with. You will articulate UpGuard’s value proposition and products to prospects, positioning it based on their particular problem/need. The role also needs good note taking in our CRM and collaborative working with sales, marketing, and product to utilize insights you learn from prospects to make process and product improvements.
