Job Description

Identify, attract, and engage exceptional OBGYN physicians, subspecialists, and advanced practice providers (APPs) who align with our values and clinical standards. Partner with a team of experienced recruiters to execute strategic sourcing and full life cycle recruitment plans for current and future provider needs. Build and nurture a targeted candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, referrals, residency programs, and CRM tools. Conduct proactive outreach to physicians, residency coordinators, and key market contacts through calls, emails, and digital channels. Screen candidates for skills, credentials, and cultural fit. Manage candidate tracking in CRM and ATS (iCIMS), ensuring accurate, timely data. Share market insights and feedback to improve sourcing strategies. Participate in virtual and in-person recruiting events (less than 25% travel).
