About the role:
- The Director, Chief of Staff will directly support the Chief People Officer and serve as a trusted advisor, thought partner, and strategic operator.
- They will work closely with the CPO and People leadership team to define priorities, sharpen strategy, and drive execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a thought partner to the CPO, helping evaluate tradeoffs and anticipate challenges.
- Shape the People organization’s strategic narrative and drive clarity on priorities.
- Run the operating rhythm, including leadership team meetings and offsites.
What We Look For:
- 10+ years of experience in business management, HR/People strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Exceptional storytelling and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn complex inputs into clear narratives.
- Strong operational discipline and proven ability to use AI tools to elevate the quality of work.
